I so wanted to love this and waited 2 years to purchase. I have bought so many lovely things from Linen & Flax over the years and been so very happy. This was not one of those times. I actually am not even using it. Every time I touched it and tried to manipulate on my table, the branches came off. It just became too frustrating to use. I know there are such things as a lemon, and I’m thinking I must have gotten one. I know your items are always quality and this has been one of your best sellers, but I’m just not sure what happened. I honestly was not going to write anything but when your email came, though maybe I should. This will not discourage me from ordering from you again, but it certainly did not meet my expectations.
