Linen & Flax Warehouse Pick Up

 Warehouse pick up is available for customers who are local to the greater Atlanta, GA area.    

• Available date and time for pickup can be selected at time of order checkout.
• Pickup days are Monday – Thursday from 10:00a – 4:00p and Friday 10:00a - 2:00p at our Linen & Flax Warehouse.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled Monday - Friday.
• You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up.
• Please come to the door marked "Warehouse Pickup" and ring the doorbell.  One of our associates will assist you with your pickup order.
• All orders must be picked up within 7 days from selected pickup date, otherwise the order will automatically be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to you.
• Items purchased online and picked up at the warehouse are subject to the same return policy as all other Linen & Flax products.

Note:  If you selected Warehouse Pickup and completed your order but decide you would like your order shipped, please contact our customer service team at help@linenandflax.com. We will update your order with the addition of the shipping cost and then ship out your package.
