01 Daily Walks 

If you've been following along on Instagram, you know I'm on a wellness journey –mind, body, and soul.

After years of growing a business and raising kids, I had taken myself off the to-do list. (Maybe you can relate!) And I decided to make a change – literally, one step at a time.

I've been sharing my daily walks on Instagram, and so many of you have said you're inspired to hit the pavement too. We've even had a few virtual walks together on Instagram Live. I'd love to have you join us on our next one!

02 Pretty Paper

Halloween has come and gone and I'm now in full Christmas mode.

The shop is looking lovely, and one of my favorite corners is the all-white tree with these paper ornaments. They're so whimsical and fun!

03 Autumn Harvest Soup

I made this soup for my parents recently, and it was a hit!

It comes together quickly with just a few staples from Trader Joes's, and it's packed with veggies and flavor. The perfect soup for chilly fall nights!

04 City Coat Hoodie

As the weather finally chills in Georgia, I'm grabbing this coat over and over. The oversized fit makes it a cozy companion for everything from exercise to errands. And I love the knee-length cut. Super cute!

05 Sephora Finds & Favorites

Some days you gotta gloss and go. I picked up the Buxom shade "White Russian" on a recent Sephora run, and I love the soft pink color and high-shine finish.
